The Ferrari 430 GT3 is a race car built by Racing Car SA with the approval of Ferrari SpA. It is based on the Ferrari F430 Challenge and was first introduced in 2006. The 430 GT3 was designed specifically for GT3 class racing, which is a popular class in endurance racing and is used in a number of different racing series around the world.
The 430 GT3 features a number of modifications over the F430 road car to make it more suitable for racing. These include a stripped-out interior, a roll cage for safety, and aerodynamic enhancements such as a larger carbon rear wing and a revised carbon front splitter and wider fenders. The car is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8 engine, which produces around 500 horsepower and is mated to a six-speed sequential gearbox.
