The Ferrari 430 GTC is a race car designed and built by Ferrari (Michelotto factory in Padova) for competition in various international GT racing series. It is based on the Ferrari F430 road car and was first introduced in 2006 as a replacement for the 360 GTC.
The 430 GTC features a modified version of the F430’s 4.3-liter V8 engine, which produces around 500 horsepower. It also has a six-speed sequential gearbox and a lightweight chassis with advanced aerodynamics to provide high levels of downforce and grip.
The car has had great success in GT racing, winning several championships and races around the world. Notably, it won the GT2 class at the 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans and the GT class at the 2011 Petit Le Mans.
